48.

—(1) Nothing in this Act shall apply to any person, body or organisation to which the Insurance Act (Cap. 142) applies or which is registered under the Co-operative Societies Act (Cap. 62) or the Trade Unions Act (Cap. 333).

(2) The Minister may exempt any organisation, person or class of persons from all or any of the provisions of this Act.
