Amendment of Ninth Schedule
26.  The Ninth Schedule to the principal Order is amended —
(a)
by deleting Part A; and
(b)
by deleting the words “flight simulator” in paragraph 1(2) and (e)(i) and (ii) and (6) (definition of “approved”) of Part B and substituting in each case the words “flight simulation training device”.
