13. The Twelfth Schedule to the principal Order is amended —
(a)
by deleting the paragraph heading of paragraph 11 and substituting the following paragraph heading:
“Aircraft Maintenance Licence (Paragraph 11)”;
(b)
by deleting the words “a licence as an aircraft maintenance engineer” in paragraph 11 and substituting the words “an aircraft maintenance licence”;
(c)
by deleting sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph 12(1) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:
(a) a licence to act as a professional pilot — | |||
