Honorary Assistant General Secretary
35.  The Honorary Assistant General Secretary shall —
(a)
assist the Honorary General Secretary in the performance of his duties;
(b)
assume the duties of the Honorary General Secretary during his absence;
(c)
if the Honorary General Secretary vacates his office, succeed him for the remainder of his term of office;
(d)
maintain a record of all policy decisions made by the Union and all the important activities of the Union;
(e)
keep a register of all members of the Union; and
(f)
keep an inventory of all property belonging to the Union.
