15. Paragraph 53(1) of the principal Order is amended —
(a)
by deleting sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:
“(a)
the operator has established a scheme for the management of fatigue for every person flying in that aircraft as a member of its crew;
(b)
the scheme is approved by the Chief Executive;”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “he” in sub-paragraph (d) and substituting the words “the operator”.
