THE SCHEDULE Consequential Amendments to Other Written Laws

Amendment of section 16
18.  Section 16 (1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph ( g) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(g)
to require any person to produce any article which is relevant to any investigation under this Act and, if necessary, to take into custody any such article.”.
